Fees & Pricing
Fees are due and payable in full on the day of the procedure. Prices include GST. 

Tattoo Booking Policy
All tattoo appointments require a $100 non refundable  deposit to secure the appointment at the time of booking.This deposit is non refundable in all cases, yet can be transferred to another date in the event that a minimum of 48 hours of cancellation/transfer notice before the appointment has been given. Failure to attend the rescheduled date, or requesting to reschedule more than once will forfeit the deposit.The transferred date/new appointment must be decided on within 48 hours of cancellation. In the event that it is not rescheduled within 48 hours, the deposit is considered to be forfeited.If request to transfer is within 48 hours of the booked appointment, the deposit cannot be transferred.Tattoo deposits cannot be redeemed on any other treatments.

Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantee will be made and additional sessions may be required to obtain optimal results. Additional charges apply.

  • By Booking with Beaudee you agree to our policy and understand the policy regarding your service.
  • Our address will be sent to you 48 hours prior to your appointment.
  • If a cancelation is made within 48 hours, 15 mins late or more to the appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will apply or no show you will be be charged the full appointment for my time.
  • Beaudee reserves the right to refuse any service, including frequent no shows and cancellations or failure to comply with our policy.
  • EFT is available, there is a fee per transaction or cash is also accepted.

 

Appointment Confirmations
To ensure you never forget an appointment, a text message and an email will be sent to you as confirmation 2 days prior to the date of your appointment. If you are unable to attend you must call us on the salon phone 0401349915. 

Cancellation Policy For Beauty Services

Our time is valuable and so is yours. Changes or cancellations to the reservation can be made online up to 24 hours prior to your reservation time. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 30% of the scheduled service cost. Extended appointments (more than 1.5hours) require a minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellation or reschedule.
 
Sickness 
Please give 24 hours notice and do not attend if sick. Please remember you are entering a salon so for the safety of myself, my staff and other clients you will politely be turned away, if you have any form of sickness. Not only does the sickness spread, it affects the quality of your appointment. Let’s help keep the salon a germ free environment. We appreciate your understanding. 
 
No shows
No shows will not be re-booked without a deposit. 
 
Arrival
Please arrive 5 minutes early to your appointment. If you are running late for the appointment please be aware that we may need to shorten your appointment time. If we need to cancel your appointment due to not enough time, there will be a cancellation fee. 
 
Reservations
To avoid disappointment and secure your preferred appointment time, we ask you schedule your appointments in advance. We will always be accommodating to your busy schedule and preference time, however, in some instances where we may not be able to immediately accommodate your request, we have ‘Waiting List’ which is referred to daily when instances of cancellations or availabilities occur.
